Building a Perfect Gluten-Free Life Right Now

Building a Perfect Gluten-Free Life Right Now

We are living in a very interesting time right now.

Some people are working from home, while others have lost their jobs.

Some are enjoying their new relaxed days, while others now have even more on their plate.

Most are realizing how hard teachers really work as they try to navigate the waters of homeschooling.

Wherever you land – it is definitely a new normal.

The thing that struck me is that I have always wanted more time with my family at home and now that has been given to me.

There’s still a lot going on with working at home and online school for all three children – from elementary to college. But, truth be told, I love having everyone home and NOT running to so many places every day. More time to learn and bond together!

Are you wondering what you can learn

or take from our time right now?

This had me thinking of you – in building YOUR best gluten-free life.

What can YOU be doing right now to build your BEST life so that one day you wake up and gluten-free living just becomes routine?

Because . . . Let me tell you . . . when that happens . . . life is good!

Where do you need help right now?

Check out the following list and see what you can start implementing to take positive steps in your gluten-free lifestyle.

Let’s Start Creating Your

BEST Gluten-Free Life:

*Set up your Gluten-Free Kitchen

Surprisingly, setting up your safe gluten-free kitchen is a step too many leave out of their gluten-free life.  This can make a huge difference. Move away from often being sick or “glutened” in your own kitchen, to feeling amazing so that you can cook and bake with ease in a safe and healthy kitchen.

It is really important to set up your kitchen for safety, support, and success for your gluten-free life. This is something I help my clients do and would love to walk you through the steps. Believe me, when this is in place, your GF life is good!

*Get in the Kitchen with your Family

Learn and have some fun by getting your kids in the kitchen with you.  Did you know that when kids cook their meals, they are more likely to eat them – more veggies!!

Yes, this is true. Now that we are teaching our children at home, getting in the kitchen can be a fun time had by all. There is a lot of math to be found in the kitchen with measuring and mixing, life skills for cooking and baking, and of course, reading the recipes. Get lucky (like me) and your kids will even bake you a cake on their own!
