Gluten-Free Snack Find: GFB Bites

Recently we found a new gluten-free protein snack that is just delicious.

The GFB Gluten Free Bites, Coconut Cashew Crunch

They are a non-GMO, vegan, soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free item.  Good for many of us with allergies!  If you can tolerate nuts, as they contain cashews, you are in for a treat.  They are sweetened with brown rice syrup, agave nectar and of course, the sweetness of the coconut comes through as well, with about 3 grams of sugar per bite.  The sunflower seeds, flax-seed and pea protein all add a hint of health.

What I loved most – after eating JUST ONE, I was totally satisfied.  Did not need to reach for another!  A great snack find!

My kids loved them!  Another plus.

And, I just found another flavor we love: Dark Chocolate Coconut, YUM!

Perfect to add to our Snacks That Travel Well for all of upcoming summer travel and camps!

  1. Woah! I'm really enjoying the template/theme of this website. It's simple, yet effective. A lot of times it's hard to get that "perfect balance" between user friendliness and visual appearance. I must say that you've done a superb job with this. In addition, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Opera. Superb Blog!
