How to Share, Help and Empower Celiac Disease

If you are living with Celiac Disease, or gluten-intolerance, you’ve most likely had a long hard path to get there.

During Celiac Awareness Month, it’s time to share your story about how being gluten-free has impacted your life with those around you.

Many are living with undiagnosed Celiac Disease or gluten-intolerance and have no idea this is WHY they feel the way they do.

On average, it takes almost 10 years to have a diagnosis! And, too many don’t realize the negative effects gluten has on our bodies.
