Your Gluten-Free BBQ: Set Up For Success

The 4th of July is just a few days away. Time to get your gluten-free BBQ set for success.

Eating out or at a friend’s house is typically a very concerning topic for those of us with gluten-intolerance or Celiac Disease.  Stress starts to kick in and we just don’t want to go, right?

Do you ever feel this way?

Don’t let your gluten-free life hold you back.  As you get more comfortable understanding things to have in place, you’ll see that you do not have to miss out on everything at all.

Set yourself up for success

and you will get on the right path.

It can be hard to put your trust in others when the fear of eating safely sets in.  Yet, there is a time that you do need to do just that.  If you cover your bases, you will be just fine.

Think ahead – Plan ahead

Plan ahead. Be a step ahead and things can run smoothly, lessening the cross-contact that we fear in our gluten-free lives.

As you celebrate your Summer Cookout or BBQ with family and friends, know that you can sit back and enjoy yourself. Plan and prepare and you will have a great time.
