Quick and Easy Gluten-Free Breakfast Ideas to Start Your Day off Right

Do you start your day with something delicious and satisfying?

My typical teaching breakfast used to be a bagel loaded with cream cheese with a large coffee. I thought it was delicious.  Yet, I typically felt terrible afterward and was starving by 10 am.

Possibly, not the best choice, right?

Your breakfast choices can make all

the difference in how your day will go

Healthier breakfast choices will give you the energy and stamina you need to get through your day.

Try something new

As a healthier start, would a smoothie fill you up at breakfast?  I didn’t think so, and boy was I wrong!

By drinking a breakfast smoothie, you can gain more focus, have more energy, and continue to feel full until lunchtime, or beyond.  Give it a try!

Rethink your breakfast and see where you can gain more energy.
