Preheat the oven to 350°.
Place the graham crackers in a plastic ziplock bag and smash to crumbs with a rolling pin.
Place the 3T of coconut oil In a 9×9 glass baking pan.
Melt in the microwave or place the dish in the oven as it is heating as it doesn’t take much to melt. (Don’t let your pan get too hot.)
Swish the melted oil in the pan, pour in the crumbs and mix with the oil.
Pat down to form the base for the bars.
Spread the small marshmallows over the top.
If you have large marshmallows, chop them up and spread them around the pan. (Kitchen food scissors work well here.)
Spread the chocolate chips over the top of the crumbs.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the top. Then, pour the coconut milk evenly over the pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool.
