Easiest Gluten-Free Guacamole Ever!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions
 

  • First, wash the avocados and lemon.
  • Slice the avocados in half and take out the pit. Scoop all the beautiful flesh into a small bowl.
  • Smash the avocado with a fork – making it creamier with lots of mashing or chunkier with less mashing. Or, mix it up in the food processor for a very smooth guacamole.
  • Peel two garlic cloves, chop them up, or use a garlic press (one of my favorite things). Stir the garlic through the avocado. If you don’t have fresh garlic, substitute garlic powder.
  • Slice the lemon in half and juice the lemon over the bowl.  Mix well. Add a dash of sea salt on top and serve.

Make this easy and delicious gluten-free guacamole for your next snack time. Keep it simple or add in chopped tomatoes, olives, chopped cilantro or parsley for another boost in flavor.
