Meet Jennifer…

I grew up baking with my mom, and passed that love to my children. Yet, going gluten-free turned my baking world completely upside down. But I wasn’t about to give up on something I loved.

Now we’ve been baking gluten-free for over 15 years!

As a Health Coach, I help women live a gluten-free life, enabling them to create a sustainable and delicious lifestyle that becomes second nature. They learn to finally say goodbye to gluten so that they can change their plate to change their life.

As I was looking into setting up my own Cottage Bakery, I noticed that many bakers were asking about adding gluten-free treats to their menu.

I am the first one to look for a treat when I am out – one that I can eat safely . . . and that is a task in itself!

I saw the risks many bakers were taking – all without understanding the dangers they could potentially put their customers in by selling gluten-free baked goods without fully understanding ALL that goes into baking gluten-free and keeping their customers and business safe.

From a gluten-free girl who wants a safe treat – let me explain the risks, the potential issues, and how you CAN safely bake gluten-free treats to add to your Cottage Bakery – if you so choose.

Join me for class so you can protect yourself and your customers.

Let’s get in the kitchen!
