Everywhere you look, there are pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin breads, muffins, cookies, desserts, hummus, cereals, creamers . . . 

Pumpkin is basically in EVERYTHING

But if you’re living gluten-free, you might be feeling a little left out. 

 

Many of these pumpkin products aren’t safe for us to eat, as many are just not gluten-free.

 

Unfortunately, they often also contain other hidden ingredients, unwanted additives, or unhealthy fillers that you may not want to consume.

 

But here’s the good news: being gluten-free does not mean missing out on all the pumpkin fun!
